Spent Christmas at this great hotel and it was the best decision ever! The location was perfect, surrounded by the stunning beauty of nature. The breakfast was amazing, filled with delicious and tasty treats that left me wanting more. The staff took great care of me and my family, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room was well maintained, clean and tidy with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
Sadly, during my stay, I had to pay twice since the staff did not recognise the payment I had already made. Although the issue was resolved promptly, it was a bit inconvenient.
